Bought this for my kid's school dress-up day and the little black rose on the front really makes it feel less cheap than the usual costume hats. The tulle holds its shape nicely even after being crammed in a backpack.

My daughter wore this for Halloween and the black rose in front really made it look less cheap than the other witch hats we've tried. The tulle holds its cone shape well, and it stayed put through a whole evening of trick-or-treating.

The tulle is quite thin, so it wrinkles easily and I had to steam it before the party. That said, the little rose in front looks lovely, and my kid wore it all evening without complaints.
